1. About the Service

Narralis is a web app that lets users create interactive stories using generative AI. Scene text, choices, and illustrations are generated on demand by Anthropic and OpenAI models.

The Service is intended for users 16 or older. Minors may use it only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

Creating stories requires an account. Authentication is currently available via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure.

One person per account. Transferring an account to a third party is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that: violates the law, promotes violence, contains sexual material involving minors, infringes intellectual property, or harasses or intimidates specific people.

Our automated Content Safety Router may refuse to generate content that violates the rules. Repeated violations may result in account termination without refund.

4. Your Content

The stories you create are yours. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the Service (e.g., sending a request to the model provider).

Completed stories are published to the public feed by default and indexed by search engines. You can delete any story at any time.

We receive a non-exclusive license to display your public stories inside the Service and in promotional materials.

5. Credit Packs & Payments

The Service runs on a credit-pack model. A new account receives one free credit (one story). Additional credits are purchased as one-time packs — Starter, Creator, and Pro tiers are described on the /pricing page. There is NO subscription and NO auto-renewal: credits are added to your balance after payment and remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Each generated story consumes one credit at creation time. Regenerating scenes, redrawing images, and downloading PDFs are free within an already-created story.

Payments from Russia and EAEU countries are processed by ЮKassa (licensed Russian NCO YooMoney, CBR license); payments from other countries by Lava.top. Both providers issue a fiscal receipt automatically.

Refund guarantee: within 14 calendar days of purchase you may request a full refund provided no credits from that pack have been used. Partial refunds for packs where credits were consumed are not issued unless required by law. Refund requests go to the support email — details on /legal/requisites.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service code, design, logos, and documentation are ours. Use without express permission is prohibited.

The Service prohibits generating content that infringes third-party rights, including references to protected franchises. See also our DMCA Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new version.
