Payment processing
Payments from Russia and EAEU countries are processed by ЮKassa (licensed Russian NCO «YooMoney», CBR license no. 3510-К), acting as the payment agent under a contract with the executor.
Payments from other countries are processed by Lava.top as the merchant of record.
Settlement currency: Russian rubles for ЮKassa payments, US dollars or euros for Lava.top payments.
Fiscal receipts are issued automatically after successful payment: for ЮKassa — via the Russian Federal Tax Service's «My Tax» app (self-employed flow); for Lava.top — via Lava's own receipting.
Refunds
The refund policy is described in section 5 of the Terms of Service. Summary: full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase is available as long as no credits from the pack have been used. Once at least one credit has been consumed, partial refunds are not issued unless required by law.
Refund requests: email support@narralis.app with payment date and the last 4 digits of the card (or the ЮKassa payment ID).
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
